Current Settings Bank:

You can have 9 complete banks of settings in FT Shortcuts. This allows you to switch to a different bank of settings very quickly. This is useful if you want different settings for different situations. Perhaps you want different settings when you play on 6 man tables versus 9 man tables. Or you may want different settings when you play using a mouse versus using a keyboard.

To change to a new bank of settings, select the desired bank in the drop down box.

Bank Description:

In this box, you can give your own description for the current bank of settings to help you identify the purpose of these settings.

Copy Current Settings to Bank #:

You can copy the current settings to another bank of settings by first setting the number of the bank you want to save to, and then clicking on the button. This allows you to take a group of settings that you like and save them to another bank location.

Auto-Click the I'm Back Button when it appears:

This is useful if you time out on a table and don't realize it (Tournaments and SnGs ONLY). The I'm Back button will automatically be clicked for you if this feature is enabled. As a safety feature, the I'm Back button will not be clicked for you if there has not been any user activity on your computer for 30 seconds. In that case the software assumes you have stepped away from your computer and it will not continually click the I'm Back button (and drive all the other players at your table insane).

Auto-Click Time Button xx seconds after it appears :

If you check this checkbox, then anytime a Time Button appears on any table, it will be clicked for you. You can specify a delay time (in seconds). If you set the delay to 5 seconds, then the Time button will be clicked for you approximately 5 seconds after it appears. I recommend that you always leave this box checked so that you will always be given the extra time, whether you actually use it or not. This is especially useful if you are playing many tables. The recommended value is 5 or less (to make sure the software has enough time to click this for you)

Auto-Close SnG and Tournament Lobbies (w/o register button) :

If you check this checkbox, then SnG and Tournament lobbies will be automatically closed if they do not have a visible "Register" button. This is useful if you play SnGs as you usually never need to look at the lobby.

Auto-Close SnG and Tournament Tables if Hero is not seated

This feature was removed in version 3.13. It is replaced by a similar feature on the Dialogs Tab.

Minimize FT Shortcuts at startup

If this feature is enabled, then Shortcuts will be minimized to your Window's taskbar when Shortcuts is started.

Enable Joystick Number:

Note: The following Joystick features are Experimental and currently in Beta testing.

If you want to use a Joystick with Shortcuts, set this value to 1 (in some rare situations you may need to use a different number depending on your type of joystick. Set this value to 0 if you are not using a joystick.

If you enable this feature you can use the buttons, analog controls and the POV control (D-Pad) with shortcuts. You can use the following hotkey commands in any of Shortcuts boxes and then use the joystick instead of mouse or key on the keyboard.

Buttons:

Various buttons on the joystick are numbered Joy1 through Joy32. You can use the "Show Joystick values" below to determine which buttons correspond to which joystick value.

Analog controls:

Some joysticks have 1 or more analog controls. Three analog controls (designated by XY, ZR, and UV) are supported. The following values are supported in Shortcuts (the numbers represent angles from 0-270). Only 4 positions are recognized by Shortcuts.

JoyXY0 JoyXY90 JoyXY180 JoyXY270

JoyZR0 JoyZR90 JoyZR180 JoyZR270

JoyUV0 JoyUV90 JoyUV180 JoyUV270

POV (D-Pad) control:

Most joysticks have an 8 position digital control. The values that are supported are:

JoyPOV0 JoyPOV45 JoyPOV90 JoyPOV135 JoyPOV180 JoyPOV225 JoyPOV270 JoyPOV315

Show Joystick values here:

If you check this checkbox, then joystick values are displayed in the box and you press joystick butttons and controls. This allows you to determine what the joystick code value is for various buttons and controls on your joystick. Be sure to enter 1 as you Joystick number in the dropdown box as described above. Then as you push buttons and controls on your joystick, the values will be displayed. Uncheck this feature when you are done, as it uses additional cpu time when it is enabled (and it will slow down the operation of Shortcuts if left enabled).

Code Type:

Used for special test versions of this software. Normally this should be set to "1".

Debug Mode:

If this option is "Enabled" then a tooltip will appear (at the X,Y screen position that you choose below). This tooltip provides useful information about the values of key variables in the program. Normally it should be left Disabled, but if you are trying to solve a problem, this information will quickly give details about the Full Tilt table that you have open (and the table must be active). The information in this tooltip will often help to diagnose problems.

Pos X and Pos Y are positions on your monitor. The position 0,0 is located at the top left hand corner of your main monitor.

Safety Delay 7:

Normally you should not need to adjust this value.

Default value is 200. This is a time delay setting that are used internally in the software.

Select Process Priority for Shortcuts:

This is a Windows setting that changes the priority that is given to Shortcuts when it is running. Setting it to "High" will give Shortcuts a higher priority over other software on your computer and allow it to do it's tasks more quickly. Microsoft Windows sets programs to "Normal" process priority by default. If you set this to "NoChange" then the process priority will not be changed from it's current value.

Select Process Priority for Full Tilt Client:

This is a Windows setting that changes the priority that is given to the Full Tilt Client software when it is running. Setting it to "High" will give the Full Tilt client a higher priority over other software on your computer and allow it to do it's tasks more quickly. Microsoft Windows sets programs to "Normal" process priority by default. If you set this to "NoChange" then the process priority will not be changed from it's current value.
