FTS Limitations:
- This software has NOT been tested rigorously with a wide variety of computers running a wide variety of software. We do not know of problems that are not outlined in this documentation, but that does not mean there are not some. Verify that this software does what you want and what you expect on your computer before purchasing!
- FTS is not compatible with the Vista Aero theme (it slows down many programs and interferes with others, including FTS). To turn off Aero theme:
- Right-click the Windows desktop and select Personalize > Window Color and Appearance.
- Click Open classic appearance properties for more color options.
- In the Color scheme drop-down box, choose Windows Classic, Windows Vista Basic or Windows Vista Standard, and click OK. Aero will now be turned off.
- This program has only been tested with Win XP and Win Vista. There may be problems using this software with earlier versions of Windows.
- This software requires that the Language that you use on Full Tilt be set to English.
- If you check the option "Use Image Recog for detecting number of seats at table" on the Calib tab, then you must calibrate the software to the table you are using. If you then make it to a final table of a tournament, Full Tilt changes the colors of the table. This software will not be able to count the number of seats at the table correctly with the new background colors. If you are at a table with 9 players, uncheck this checkbox. With fewer seats at the table, you must leave this option checked, but the software will not be able to count the number of seats. This effects the calculation of Harrington's M value which is displayed in the on screen displays.
- There are some special tables that Full Tilt recently created that are not compatible with some features of FTS.
- Any No-Limit ring game with 6 players must have the letters "6 max" in the title bar, or else FTS will not correctly count the number of seats at the table and will not read the hero's stack size correctly.
- Any NL table that has 8 seats at it will not correctly count the number of seats at the table and will not read the hero's stack size correctly.
- In tournaments, if you are lucky/good enough to get to the final table, Full Tilt will often change the color of the table. This will prevent the software from reading the the number of players correctly on some types of tables.
